I am a political theorist and consultant to the public sector.
In my research, I examine current developments in digital statecraft, and the use of AI in public administration. In this work, I focus on the impact of AI on state capacities and on the range of possible political decisions that states can make.
I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. at the University of Erfurt, teach at the University of Hildesheim, and am a research associate at the Weizenbaum Institute in Berlin. Previously, I worked as a management consultant at a Big4 Consulting firm for digitization projects in federal ministries and authorities.
I’m co-speaker of N3GZ (Nachwuchsnetzwerk Digitale Verwaltung) and a GovTech enthusiast.
